"Colour - amber with a creamy head. Aroma - grapefruit and flowers Body - light. Flavour - grapefruit, peach, raspberry, spices and flowers. Medium bitter. Finish - dry, hoppy and long. Top-fermented beer, fermented with Maris Otter Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts (England). Hops (U.S.A.) Galena (bitterness), Northern Brewer (flavour) and Cascade (aroma)."
