Rader Ambree

Belgian Style Ales > Belgian Strong Ale

Brewer

Distillerie Radermacher

Location

Raeren, Belgium

Description

"The RADER AMBREE is the subtle aromatization of a beer brewed in the ancient-way, re-fermented in its bottle, with a distillate of grain which has undergone a prolonged ageing process in oak casks. The primary fermentation is made with the same selected grains for the mash tubbing and the distillate. The distillate, aged in oak casks, is then added to the mash tub just before the re-fermentation in the bottle. Strong malt taste. Perfect balance between beer and juniper, with a vast flavours evolution, smooth and long."
