"Inspired to Wallonian Saison, this is the first certified Italian organic beer. Its strong character comes from several ingredients, all coming from high-rate organic cultivation requiring sought-after selections. Its several and peculiar grains are well balanced creating an intriguant and armonious bouquet. Soft in the nose with notes of camomile, bergamot and other sligthly citrus fruits. Spices are using in very soft and refined way never giving extreme and aggressive notes. Notes of pepper, coriander and sharp hops are well present. It is an all-day-long beer."
