"Dominion Real Ale is made and served much as real ale is currently handled in England. Conditioning in the keg, serving with a beer engine, the addition of aromatic hops to the keg and the lack of carbonation are authentic characteristics of ales that have been consumed for hundred of years in England. Dominion Real Ale is two special things at the same time. It is made differently than our other beers and the publican (the bartender) serves the beer through a unique mechanism. The result is a beer that is incredibly smooth, creamy and delicious."
